Thomas J. Marlay is counsel at Arcade, focusing on private equity, venture capital, commercial leasing, technology licensing, and corporate transactions. He advises clients on procurement, employment contracts, and M&A deals.
Tom has worked with national law firms, the federal Department of Justice, and Ottawa’s high-tech sector. As Vice President and General Counsel for one of Ottawa’s top software companies, he led the largest venture capital financing in the city’s history. He later founded his own firm, working with startups and tech businesses.
His deep understanding of corporate law, investment, and business growth makes him a go-to legal strategist for innovative companies.
