As General Counsel for a fast-growing startup, Martin played a key role in its journey to becoming a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He combines legal insight with a strong business background, providing clients with practical, strategic legal solutions. His expertise spans corporate governance, M&A, intellectual property, and commercial contracts.
Beyond law, Martin has built a unique career in the music industry as a producer, international DJ, and record label owner. He is an active member of SOCAN and the Canadian Bar Association and is fluent in both English and French.
