Samuel Michaels is a corporate lawyer and Toronto-based associate at Arcade, who earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. With a background in employment law and business law, Samuel has built a practice focused on corporate structuring, shareholder disputes, and financing strategies.
A veteran of Toronto’s legal-tech and startup communities, Samuel works with founders and executives on M&A, governance, and employee onboarding.
