Pierre Robichaud is a founding partner at Arcade, a Professional Engineer, intellectual property lawyer, and Registered Trademark Agent. With a background in engineering, he helps clients identify, protect, and maximize their IP assets through smart patent and trademark strategies.
Pierre works extensively in patents, including drafting and prosecution, and oversees the preparation and filing of trademark applications, oppositions, and litigation. He also advises on copyright and industrial design matters, representing clients before CIPO and at various provincial Superior Courts, Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal.
For Pierre, IP isn’t just paperwork—it’s a business tool. His focus is on legal strategies that create real value, protect market position, and give businesses a competitive edge.
